Become a Volunteer

A vibrant grassroots ecosystem helps communities thrive.

Each of our StartUpCONs engages 200+ volunteers to assist in supporting the entrepreneurs that participate in our events scaleUp, StartUpCON City, Accelerator Programs and Pitch Contests.

We have several volunteer opportunities for you to choose from and would love to speak with you more about how you can be involved.

Volunteer Opportunities

We hosts a handful of dynamic events throughout the year. This is done remotely, time commitment is flexible, and offered several times per year. This is a great way to plug into the creative energy of the global community.

Review Applications.

One way that we are able to ensure fairness and balance among events, ScaleUp Speakers, Pitch Contest, Accelerator applicants is by having individuals volunteer their time to review and score applications.

  • Constructive feedback to early-stage entrepreneurs is critical to their growth and overall success.

Interviewer.

Community leaders and business professionals participate in interviews to help StartUpCON decide which applicants will be a good fit for the Accelerator Program. Interviewers and staff will meet with applicants for 30 minutes each to ask questions and provide feedback to the applicant. Interviewers can commit to a 2 hour time block or more if available!
